If your order status says "New" or if the status remains "Processing" for longer than one business day, please email [email protected] or send us a message by clicking "Contact Us" below to see if there was a problem processing your order.

Please note that you should receive a shipment notification email from us on the day your order ships (within one business day of placing your order). If you do not receive one, please check your spam email folder to see if it was mistaken for spam.
