My order never arrived.

You can review your order status in the "Orders" section of your "Account." Click the button below to view your order status.

Orders

If your order status is "Processing" that means have not yet shipped your order. We ship orders the next business day after they are placed. If your order continues to say "Processing" that means funds have not yet been received. This could happen, for example, if you placed an order by PayPal and the funds were not yet received.

If your order status is "Completed," that means we have shipped the order. Please make sure you allow the estimated time for delivery in business days. Delivery days do not include Saturday (except US Postal Service shipments), Sunday, or U.S. national holidays.
